LOTS of Fantastic Pics!
Currently 70% of my clients have hernias.
Within the 4 or 5 week duration of the workshop, I see a 50% to 100% reversal of the hernias in just that time alone!
I see on average an 70% to 100% improvement of the diastasis in just the 4 to 5 weeks alone!
I would like more information on the hernia part, I have heard that since most of these pictures are taken immediately after the splint is removed that the look is not permanent. How long until your clients can go about their normal activities without the splint and have the results keep, especially in regard to the hernias?
These women in the picture are only 4 or 5 weeks into the process. At this stage of near closure or closure, the connective tissue is still very vulnerable as it’s just barely closed, but has not had time to HEAL in it’s correct place. The healing period take 2 months AFTER closing the diastasis of following the exercises in the program for the connective tissue to heal. This will solidify their results. People often close everything and get a false sense of results and stop doing the exercises during the first 4 to 6 weeks. If they don’t do the healing period, they will go backtrack. I can’t stress this enough. During the healing period I recommend still wearing the splint at night to reinforce the placement of the connective tissue. Also wearing the splint during exercises during the healing period is crucial. If the connective tissue is in its correct place and then HEALED in its correct place, the hernia will be permanently reversed as the root of the problem (weak connective tissue with a hole or tear) has been healed, and the organs trained to stay behind the connective tissue that has been healed.
Thank you for your answer. I have one more question. I have purchased the program and have been doing it for about 3 weeks, however, my hernia (which is small) has yet to move. Am I supposed to be trying to push it back in before doing the exercises and putting on the splint or have these people achieved this result just from simply exercising and splinting?
Where is your hernia located?
Usually around week 3 I have people hold the hernia in manually while doing the seated tupler exercises – at least for 2 sets a day. Certain hernias require it to be manually held different ways, depending on if it originates from a hole or a tear.
If you want me to walk you through this via Skype, my 15 min rate is $25. You can contact me bonniewayne1177@hotmail.com
Some hernias reverse with just the exercises and splinting. It varies from client to client. Most of the time, we do Seated Tupler sets with hernia holding until the hernia is totally reversed.
I have femoral hernia, can it be fixed with the tupler technique?
Most likely not due to the location of femoral hernias. Tupler Technique is able to help reverse hernias more on the abdominal area.
