It gives a summary of the Tupler Technique® and a chart telling you what to do daily and how to progress the exercises over 18 weeks. This book fits in your purse or pocket and you can take it with you everywhere you go. Check off each time you complete one of the steps. Make sure you measure your diastasis and belly t before you start the program and again at the end of the six weeks.
