I will be checking diastasis, belly buttons, connective tissue and hernias!
You will know:
IF you have a hernia
IF you have a diastasis and how far apart it is
WHAT condition is your connective tissue (determines how fast your diastasis will heal)
WHAT you need to do! I will give personalized recommendations for each person’s belly.
